Come to the North Carolina mountains near Max Patch and enjoy hiking, waterfalls, or just sitting on the front porch with the one you love. Enjoy walking one of our labyrinths or just wandering in the woods. Our property is very special and we enjoy sharing it with you. Property Features to make your Honeymoon special
Our property features incredible waterfalls, scenic creeks, multiple trails with access to the Appalachian Trail, and a Labyrinth in our woods. All cabins are secluded on our 100-acre farm, with a mountain stream stocked with trout, great for fly fishing. These cozy romantic honeymoon cabins are nestled in the Western NC mountains, surrounded by Pisgah National Forest, just off the Appalachian Trail near Lemon Gap and Max Patch. Use the AT calculator to plan your hike. Our log cabins are perfect for your Smoky Mountains vacation or intimate weekend getaway accommodations. There are two other cabins on the property, the Sundance, and the Stardance cabins.
Outdoor Activities
Outdoor activities in the area include river rafting, spelunking, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, floating, and tubing. All can be set up through Bluff Mountain Outfitters in Hot Springs. If you like trains, you are in luck. We are within a 1 1/2 hour drive of train rides in Bryson City. If you would like to try a zipline, there are several companies that offer this within our region. There are endless things to do here in paradise!
Check-in and Privacy
We believe your honeymoon, romantic getaway, retreat or vacation time should be private and so we have developed an easy self-check-in process. We live half a mile from the cabin. If you need anything, we are just a phone call away. Otherwise, you may never see us. We are very conscientious about allowing you as much privacy as you need. The cabins are politely spaced so that they feel very secluded.
